Both in business dealings and within the Group - in relations between employees - the Scarlett Group attaches great importance to ethical behaviour and conduct in line with the company's mission and vision. It is the responsibility of each existing and new employee to familiarise themselves with and comply with the principles described in the Code of Conduct. The Code operates in conjunction with internal policies and procedures supported by an integrated management and quality system.

The Scarlett Group invests in and communicates human resources, environmental protection, relations with the company's environment, which contributes to the Scarlett Group's competitiveness and the formation of conditions for social and economic sustainability.

In all its operations, our company must ensure full compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the locations in which it operates. Suppliers must have quality management systems in place and be able to demonstrate the level of compliance of their activities with laws and regulations.

We use internationally recognised standards to enhance social and environmental responsibility and business ethics. The Code is based on our corporate values on sustainable and responsible operations and is in line with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standard. 

At Scarlett Group, we emphasise the promotion of ethical values and human rights-oriented behaviour among stakeholders, mainly our employees and contractors. 

We make it a priority to comply with all applicable regulations regarding working time, overtime, pay and other employer benefits. Wages are paid in a timely manner in accordance with applicable guidelines. 

We value a diverse, inclusive working environment and do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, background or any other characteristic protected by law. We do not use forced labour of any kind. Employees are provided with control over their data and do not pay any fees to obtain and maintain employment. The use of any kind of physical and/or psychological coercion, including bullying, is prohibited.
