Policy for whistleblowers
Objective: The purpose of this Whistleblower Policy is to provide an open and secure channel of communication for all employees to raise any concerns about irregularities in our organisation.
Scope: The policy applies to all company employees, regardless of their level, position or location. It applies to any suspected inappropriate behaviour, including fraud, violations of the law, breaches of company policy, unethical conduct, etc.
Confidentiality: We ensure confidentiality for all whistleblowers. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed without their express consent, unless required by law.
Protecting whistleblowers: The company does not tolerate any form of retaliation or discrimination against a whistleblower. Any employee who reports will be protected from repercussions such as disciplinary action, demotions, dismissal or any form of discrimination.
Notification procedure: Reporting procedure: Employees and other stakeholders should report any suspected misconduct directly to their supervisor. If this is not possible or appropriate, reports can be addressed to the Ethics Ambassador (tel. 601 563 822 / sygnal@grupascarlett.pl ) or, when internal reporting is not possible or appropriate, the whistleblower has the right to report wrongdoing to the relevant external bodies, such as the State Labour Inspectorate, the Ombudsman or other relevant institutions.
Survey of applications: All submissions will be properly investigated. The company is committed to dealing fairly and honestly with all submissions.
Feedback: The company is committed to providing feedback to whistleblowers, where possible and acceptable, on the outcome of the investigation of the report.
