Quality and environmental policy

The Scarlett Group places particular emphasis on the quality of its products and services and on improving the environment. 

Our intention is to provide state-of-the-art solutions, professional equipment and cleaning services, with quality that meets the customer's expectations. Customer satisfaction is our primary objective and a prerequisite for market success.  

Our objectives are:

  • maintaining and improving the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System,
  • compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 9001
  • continuous improvement of the services provided,
  • identifying customer expectations and monitoring customer satisfaction,
  • continuing to develop the company,
  • conducting operations in such a way as to prevent and reduce waste generation and the rational management of energy carriers,
  • implementation by employees of the tasks assigned by the quality management and environmental management system,
  • reducing the number of complaints,
  • improving the competence and awareness of employees with regard to the equipment they use and the environmental impact of their activities.
