WorkHelp Sp. zo.o. is a company belonging to the Scarlett Group, which specialises in employee outsourcing - broadly understood as a temporary work agency, for another company (client). It has a staff of approximately 500 employees, whom it supplies to the markets of the European Union.
Employee outsourcing brings many benefits to the recipients of our services, including:
- Transfer of responsibility for employment and retention of employee
- Recruitment and payroll services
- Transfer of liability to Social Security and other institutions
- Implementation of tasks and responsibility for them transferred to Scarlett Group employees
As part of an international industrial outsourcing company, we have lower-level employees, i.e. production workers, assemblers, quality controllers, as well as higher-level employees, i.e. engineers or managers.

We select employees through a multi-stage recruitment process:

- Tests to check manual skills
- Interpersonal aptitude tests
